Lopez, 56, shares Emme and Max with ex-husband mark antonytake Instagram Celebrate this milestone on Sunday, February 22, with words and a video filled with photos and footage. “You were born in the middle of the night, in the middle of the biggest, most beautiful snowstorm New York has seen in years!!” Lopez began. “I remember that night, sitting in my car, looking out the window and everything was flashing and covered in white, and I held you both in my belly for the last few minutes before I gave birth to you.”
The “Waiting For Tonight” singer continued, “It’s like God made sure you were entering a world of pure magic!! In my heart, I know your life will always be like this!!”
Lopez then reflected on how her world was forever changed when Amy and Max arrived. “When I held you as a baby, I honestly felt as if I was holding two angels sent straight from heaven,” she wrote. “My life has changed forever. I can’t believe you are adults now… 18 years old! You are all so kind, generous and loving.”

The musician’s tribute video included professional photos taken when the children were born, as well as photos taken later in which she looked glamorous. Family clips included in the clip also show her children laughing and playing with their mom, hugging her and accompanying her backstage and on stage during performances around the world.
