India’s Directorate General of Civil Aviation says no fault found in Boeing fuel control switches after Air India planes were grounded


The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) said on Tuesday that when the switches were operated in accordance with Boeing’s recommended procedures, they were found to be “satisfactory” and remained operational rather than going into a cut-out state, which could stop fuel supply to the engines.
