Indian author Arundhati Roy’s classic college film returns to spotlight

At the premiere in Delhi, Roy recalled, “the students packed into the hall and onto the floor. Within minutes, the audience started shouting, laughing, and wolf-whistling at the film. They recognized themselves, their language, their clothes, their jokes, their silliness.”
