Ryan Kira Armstrongthe long-awaited protagonist buffy the vampire slayer Reboot spoke out after Hulu pulled the plug on the project.

Holding back tears, Armstrong told her followers she was “very proud” of the offer Buffy the Vampire Slayer: New Sunnydale pilot, though she’s “sad that (fans) won’t be able to see it.”
“It doesn’t take away from the amazing experience I had,” she noted.
Armstrong thanks the original buffy Star Sarah Michelle Gellar and her creative partner, the writer Lila Zuckerman and Nora Zuckerman and director Zhao Ting – used to develop a now-abandoned project.
“I also want to thank all the fans who believe in this new chapter and believe in me, so thank you,” she said. “Thank you to the actors I worked with. You were amazing.”
The actress continued: “I guess what I’m trying to say is we bring this back to you, buffy is an important part of our lives. It’s not going anywhere! Who knows what the future holds? “
Earlier in the day, Armstrong shared a Polaroid photo of herself on set Buffy the Vampire Slayer: New Sunnydale and describes himself as “your killer.”
