Brian Howie She’s balancing motherhood and work while preparing to celebrate the holidays while filming Season 4 ginny and georgia.
“(My daughter) is two years old and my husband (Matt Ziering and I) are California natives. We’re both from Southern California, so (it’s nice) to be able to spend some time in Toronto now,” Howey, 36, said exclusively US Weekly While promoting Her collaboration with Shutterfly. “It just started snowing here and my daughter was in heaven.”
Howie, who plays Georgia in the Netflix series, joked she had no idea How to transcend this experience next year.
“If we’re not somewhere near snow, I don’t even know what we’re going to do on our next vacation,” she noted. “But it was very, very special to her.”

although Filmed in CanadaHowie found a way to capture moments with his family, tells us“Especially now that I have a family, the possibilities are truly endless. We did our own personal little family photo shoot a few weeks ago and we had a blast.”
She continued, “Because we’re filming season four of the show right now, we’re in Toronto, and the weather changed about a month ago. Fall is coming, and the weather is so beautiful, and our family holiday card photos turned out really well.”
Howie points out she can’t have both All without her inner circle.
“I rely a lot on my support system — my family, my team and my friends,” she said. “I definitely couldn’t have done it without them.”
Howie and Zi Lin Met in a bar in 2015 and eventually started dating. They eventually got engaged after five years together and planned to tie the knot in October 2020. Howie and Ziering had to postpone their wedding until July 2021 due to the coronavirus pandemic. That same year, the couple welcomed their daughter.

During the holidays, a family of three become busierbut Howey manages to do it all—from raising her daughter, filming her hit Netflix series, to taking time off Prepare the perfect gift.
“I literally wouldn’t be able to manage gifts throughout the holidays (while working) without something as simple as Shutterfly,” she told me us. “This is probably the most authentic partnership for me. I will be using Shutterfly throughout the holidays no matter what.”
Howey credits the site for helping her surprise her loved ones with custom items.
“I use them every year—probably the last 10 years. I’m not exaggerating. It’s the most convenient gift-giving station,” she explains. “(For my daughter), we have a book with all the photos of family and friends back home that we look through every other day and when we start to get a little homesick, we feel close to everyone we miss.”
She added, “One of my all-time favorite items is a blanket I bought my stepmom with our family photo on it. It’s a hit. She puts it on her couch during the holidays. It’s so sweet. We are Halloween lovers, so we love any excuse to get in the holiday spirit. I use a lot of Halloween photos on Shutterfly for gifts.”
