Harry Styles Almost disappears from the spotlight after packaging love on tour – He wouldn’t have it any other way.
“At the end of the tour, the idea of taking some time off felt crazy. I didn’t know if I was going to be able to do it, but it was the right time for me,” Styles, 32, told me sunday times In a profile posted on Saturday, February 14th. “We finished the tour in July and I’m going to be 30 in February. It’s time to stop and focus on other parts of my life.”

“Italy has become very special to me over the past few years. I drove from London to Rome during COVID, when you could travel,” Styles told the outlet. “I spent years leading up to that tour – with very little gaps in between – and if I had a week off, I would never drive somewhere, I’d get there and back as quickly as possible.”
Once he wrapped love on tour, Styles insisted on spending his downtime in Italy.
“I drove there and I thought, ‘I would love to do this.’ When I was in Rome, the city taught me how to slow down,” he explains. “Italy became so important to me because I was so used to everything moving so fast and busy, but then I remember going to a cafe, sitting down and drinking coffee, and thinking, ‘I can’t remember the last time I sat down and drank coffee – if I ever sat down and drank coffee.'”
Styles continued: “I suddenly learned from friends that eating was more than just sitting down and refueling. I realized there was a joy in focusing on what you were doing in the moment. The Romans were the best at that – it was their specialty. they taught me the steps Has been so special. “
Styles’ family has grown during her time out of the spotlight.
“At that time, my sister had a baby,” Styles told the times his sister, bud, welcome her daughter 2024. “I would have missed a lot of this at any other time in my life. Being able to be there and see my niece growing up, it was obvious to me what was real. It was obvious that this is where I wanted to be.”
Allowing the change of pace, Styles found an innate sense of freedom.
“I always thought, or hoped, that I was the kind of person who didn’t need the dopamine hit that this job often gives you,” he told me. The Times. “But I’m not really out of it, and it’s hard to shake off the doubt that maybe if this all goes away, I’m really going to miss it. That’s always been a fear of mine. So, living in a way that I really enjoy being away from the world has been so powerful for me.”
Styles further noted that his efforts to become more present in the moment have even inspired his upcoming Keep kissing. Disco, occasionally Record.
“I made some small changes, like No Instagram “I don’t use my phone anymore,” he said. “I feel like I have a healthier relationship with the world and I’m getting back into it.”
