Stephanie recalled that around the same time, her oldest son Kingston said he “really wanted (her) to have a baby.”
“(I told him), ‘I’m sorry. Mommy is too old to have children.'” … (Kingston) was 8 years old at the time. His reaction was, ‘God, let my mom have a baby,'” Stephanie recalled. “I just remember thinking, look at my little boy. He is praying for me! “
According to Stefani, Kingston began praying “every night” that his parents would have another child, even though neither of them asked him to.
“I never taught him that, really,” she admitted. “I think four weeks later I got pregnant with Apollo, who I gave birth to when I was 44, so naturally it was a complete gift. It was the first miracle.”

When asked how her faith has changed over the past few years, Stephanie responded: “I remember it was 2020. It was in the middle of COVID (I was) searching online. Thank God there was information online. It was scary out there, but there was a lot of good information out there.”
She added: “I found the priest Mike Schmitz … That sermon really changed (me). I remember just yelling and being on fire. Like, I discovered this truth. “
Since then, Stephanie has partnered with the Catholic app Hallow, which describes itself as “a Christian prayer app that offers audio-guided meditation sessions to help us grow in faith and spiritual life, and find peace in God.” In December 2025, their collaborative Christmas Advent campaign sparked controversy when Hallow’s anti-abortion messaging resurfaced.
“It’s important to spend time in prayer this holiday season.
