What the 2026 Nerd Fitness Challenge will help you do

I built this Challenge around three of the most common problems I hear from people trying to get in shape, especially this time of year:

1. “I don’t know what to do next.”

We fix this with a clear direction on what step to take each week.

2. “I don’t have a ton of time.”

Everything we send will be simple, doable and built for real life.

3. “I’ve been burning since February.”

The entire Challenge is designed around maintaining momentum, not sprinting and stalling.

You’ll hear from me multiple times each week with ideas, tools, workouts and strategies that really work in 2026 – not just for the first 30 days, but for the entire year. 🙌
