Gaza peace doubts deepen as attention turns to Iran

On Tuesday, the Peace Council’s High Representative for Gaza, Nikolay Mladenov, presented at the United Nations what he called a framework for comprehensive decommissioning of Palestinian armed groups’ weapons – starting with “the most dangerous weapons, rockets, heavy ammunition, explosive devices and assault rifles.”
