FBI’s Alana De La Garza explains Isobel’s job choice and Jubal’s future

He noted that he did want to be SAC, but was more frustrated that Isobel becoming ADAC meant they wouldn’t be able to work side by side.

“I don’t know what we would do without you,” Jubal confessed to Isabelle.

Isabelle’s answer surprised Jubal, who revealed: “You don’t have to do this. I decided to turn down the ADAC position.”

She explained, “You’re exactly where you need to be, and so am I. … What I need is this place. This team. To solve the case. To solve the problem with you.”
