actor Eric McCormack Must pay fees to ex-wife, Janet Holdenhis drastic reduction will and grace Profits and $10,000 per month in spousal support as part of the divorce settlement, US Weekly Exclusive reporting available.
On Monday, January 5, McCormack submitted their agreed-upon agreement, which covers spousal support and property division.
According to the agreement, Holden took away a house, two apartments in Los Angeles, a 2018 Audi Q7, a 2000 Jeep Cherokee, a 1972 Ford pickup, a 2005 Ford Escape and a trailer. In addition, she will retain several bank accounts, a portion of McCormack’s retirement plan and half of the profits from her community property work.

McCormack will retain all remaining portions of projects he pursued after the separation, including Elsbeth. Holden will also earn half the airline miles.
Under the deal, McCormack will retain all rights to a Los Angeles home, two Vespa motorcycles and his three entertainment companies. The actor will pay $10,000 per month in spousal support to his ex-wife at that rate until June 1, 2035, at which time he can modify the amount as needed.
The support was based on Horton’s estimated monthly income of $22,000 and McCormack’s $93,000.

Additionally, the deal provides that Holden will retain “all assets and investments acquired by (Horton) after the spin-off date, as well as the rents, issuances, profits and income generated therefrom.”
The agreement says they will continue to support their son, Finn, 23, and help pay for his expenses.

Getty Images(2)Holden filed for divorce from McCormack in November 2023 after 26 years of marriage. In her petition, she claimed irreconcilable differences were the reason for the breakup and requested spousal support. McCormack responded to the case in January 2024 and agreed that the marriage would end.
During their divorce, the exes appeared at the 2024 Oscars hosted by the Elton John AIDS Foundation, leading some to believe the two had reconciled. However, days later, the pair postponed their divorce in court.
McCormack and Holden met on the set of the 1994 TV show lonely dove He was an actor on the project and she was the assistant director.
In April 2020, McCormack posted a photo of him and Holden in lonely dove Wrapping up party.
He wrote, “This is the first photo of Janet and I at the #LonesomeDove season 1 finale party, circa December 1994. It just so happened that it was our ‘coming out’ party. No one on the show knew we’d been dating for a few months. 🤯.”
McCormack and Holden have not spoken publicly about their divorce since their split.
