Chalamet, 29, recently caused outrage among theater circles Claimed in an interview that “no one cares” about the art form anymore.

Doha went on to praise ballet and opera workers for their dedication to the arts.
“People go to the dance studio there every day. The dancers show up at 8 a.m., 6 a.m., whatever time they show up, and they get hurt and bleed every day just because they respect it,” she said. “They love it, they love what they do. It doesn’t matter if the industry is having a hard time at any time…A lot of industries are having a hard time. Your industry is having a hard time. My industry is having a hard time. But that doesn’t mean people don’t care about it. People care. Dancers care. Singers care. Audiences care.”
“There’s still an audience. People gave af***. You show up in a nice dress, you sit the fuck down and you shut the fuck up,” she concluded. “That’s common etiquette around these things. Maybe there’s something to be learned from it.”
