singer-songwriter teddy swimming and his wife Resh Wright announced by Syndicated Instagram posts In June 2025, they welcomed a son.
The couple cuddled their newborn in an adorable photo, writing in the caption: “23rd June 25 we love you little one.”
Wright later reposted some black-and-white photos of her son via her Instagram Stories to celebrate the very special moment. “He is perfect and my heart is exploding,” she wrote.
After the couple announced they were expecting their first child in January, Swims revealed the hilarious way the couple found out the news.
“She was complaining of what we thought were period symptoms. I thought, this has been going on for a while and maybe we should get it checked out,” Swims explained The Kelly Clarkson Show. “So the next day we were at the hotel and I can’t remember where we were going. The weird thing was, as we were driving through Austin, she had never been to a Buc-ee’s (convenience store) before, which is my favorite place in the whole world. So I was like, you gotta go. Half my closet is Buc-ee’s.”
The two stopped for gas at a convenience store in Austin, Texas, then decided to try a pregnancy test due to Wright’s symptoms.
“So there we were, eating chili in a onesie, and then we went home and did the tests. We did three tests and it was like, you’re pregnant right away,” Swims recalled. “So we freaked out and we found this in a Buc-ee onesie. Before we found a name, we just called the boy or girl ‘Baby Buc-ee.’ I’m going to call it Buc-ee, I don’t care what the name is!”
