below deckof Captain Jason Chambers and Daisy Kelliher Casting changes must be considered after one crew member considered quitting early in the charter season.
exist US WeeklyAn exclusive clip from the Monday, February 16th episode of the hit Bravo series, Jason connects with Daisy About the Sous Chef Alessia Harris and chef Ben Robinson. Daisy tells Jason how Alessia and Ben “fell in love” the night before.
“Last night was pretty bad. I’m not going to lie to you, it went from zero to 100,” Daisy added, to which Jason replied, “I’d like to see her stay. Obviously, I know her from last season, but I know her outside of rowing as well. I met her sister in Sydney.”
Despite Jason’s hopes for the staff, Daisy admitted she doesn’t think Alessia and Ben “can make it through the season together,” saying, “I wish they could. But I think that’s going to continue. But I also think it’s going to impact their service. It’s going to hinder the food for the guests — on top of that.”
Daisy continued, “I hate to see Alessia leave too. She’s a great fit with the staff and she was obviously a rookie before she became sous chef. I don’t know what your plans are – but from my perspective – I’m excited to have her on my team.”
Meanwhile, Jason points out He did have a stew coming in.. “If I can’t get this girl back, she’s fine. I might give her a call and see if she likes cooking,” he added. “Otherwise, we’ll have to get another galley. I’m a little disappointed that Alesia can’t be stronger.”
Season 4 below deck It all starts when Ben realizes that Alessia’s experience is not what he expected. Alessia breaks down under the pressure and tells Jason she’s not sure she can stay on the ship.

Alessia isn’t the only one who has issues with Ben. In the official trailer for the season, Ben Discord with Daisy repeatedly.
“Maybe we’re both just as stubborn as each other,” Daisy exclusively told Us Weekly last month. “(Our problem) is all those things. It’s the cabin, it’s the way he manages the team and the way he runs the kitchen. There are difficulties with communication – so timing and not envisioning service in the same way. There are a lot of difficulties and challenges, to be honest.”
Daisy still calls Ben “a hard person to be angry with,” adding, “But neither of us wants to be hostile, and I think both of us really want to provide the best for our guests. Since that’s our primary focus, we’re always able to come back to that and say, ‘Okay, look, we like each other. We have the same goals. How can we make that happen?'”
She continued: “But I think towards the end of the season I became frustrated. We had some conflicts and there were definitely some arguments. It was difficult because I was trying to do a good job – just like him. Everything was a challenge, honestly.”
Daisy recalled that she had to “Pick” her fight with Ben.
“I let it go. Even Jason said, ‘Let it go and pick your battles.'” There was a lot more going on. It felt like it was just a small thing to argue about, but I guess I just wouldn’t let it go and he wouldn’t let it go,” she concluded. “He wore a guest robe, but he did it to annoy me and he made it his own. As you’ve seen throughout the season, he’s been wearing it all over the boat and it makes me so excited. So, of course, I couldn’t let go. I think he’s been doing some things all season that have disturbed me. “
below deck It airs Mondays at 8pm ET on Bravo. New episodes will air on Peacock the following day.
