BBC at protests near the scene where Alex Pretty was shot dead

Crowds gathered in freezing temperatures in Minneapolis on Saturday near the scene where a man was shot to death during an altercation with federal agents.

There were angry scenes as protesters expressed their anger as people gathered to lay flowers and light candles and chant Alex Pretty’s name.

The killing of the 37-year-old ICU nurse came less than three weeks after Renee Good was fatally shot by an immigration agent in the city.
