“However, based on the guidance and advice of my doctors, we have decided to postpone my February 12-21 stay at Westgate Las Vegas so that I can focus on recovery,” Manilow said Wednesday, noting that he still plans to embark on a tour “that will begin in late February.”
He concluded: “The doctor ordered a few more weeks of rest and preparation! Tickets for postponed Vegas dates will be refunded.”
Manilow hasn’t revealed new dates for his Sin City concerts, on his latest health battle Late last year.

Manilow added, “The MRI found a cancerous spot on my left lung that needed to be removed. Finding it so early was pure luck (and a great doctor). It’s great news. “Ironically, I feel fine and have no symptoms,” he added in the statement. “I’m thankful that my doctor was proactive and did tests that normally wouldn’t be done. They caught this very, very early.”
