Are the United States and Israel in lockstep on the Iran war? Interpreting Trump’s posts after gas field attack

While the United States has focused much of its military power on degrading Iran’s missile and drone capabilities, sinking its navy and attacking targets along Iran’s long Gulf coastline in recent days, Israel has gone to great lengths to assassinate Iranian leaders and attack state-controlled institutions, including the Basij military unit responsible for violent suppression of protests earlier this year.
