Whole Foods to launch smart food stores from Mill by 2027

Mill hopes its sensor-equipped warehouse can collect enough data to help Whole Foods reduce the amount of produce it wastes. After the barns are dehydrated and composted, the waste is turned into chicken feed that will be shipped to Whole Foods egg suppliers.
