Aubrey O’Day Said she was forced to miss the second stop Danity Kane’s comeback tour After being taken to the hospital.
“My love… I’m so sorry. I am very sick and physically unable to attend tonight’s show as I am in the ER,” O’Day, 41, wrote via Instagram Stories Wednesday, December 10, referring to the band’s scheduled show at the El Rey Theater in Los Angeles.
O’Day continued, “I’ve been fighting this all day, rolling it around in my head, trying to find any way to make this work, but being sick is being sick – it’s completely out of my control.”
“My heart is broken because I don’t want to let you down,” O’Day added.
Danity Kane will host a reunion tour following the trial of band founder Sean “Diddy” Combs. The former five-piece girl band recently reunited as a trio and played its first show in several years on Tuesday, December 9, at San Francisco’s August Hall, where O’Day, Fimbres and Woods performed songs including “Damaged,” “Show Stopper” and “Heartbreaker.”
The band announced their comeback tour via Instagram in October, but until Tuesday’s show, there was still mystery about who would complete the lineup.
“The world heard the music. The world saw the headlines. But the truth… was never told,” an Instagram post on the band’s account read in October.

Danity Kane was originally founded by disgraced music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs on MTV making band 3. O’Day, Fimbres and Woods also joined dawn richard and Shannon Bakers in the original lineup.

In the document, the singer read out an affidavit from a woman who claimed she witnessed Didi and another man attacked O’Day 2005. (Diddy denies all accusations against him.)
“Even after I told her I didn’t remember the incident, I said, ‘Could she have made a mistake?’ I asked in every way I could think of, (and) she was sure of it,” O’Day said in the filing. “Does this mean I was raped? Is that what it means? I don’t even know if I was raped and I don’t want to know. I don’t want to know anymore what that woman is going to say.”
