Marciano Brunette Prosecuting The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives Star Demi Engerman after she accused him of sexual assault.
In the legal documents obtained US Weekly Friday, December 5, Villa Vanderpump Star, 32, and his legal team falsely claim Demi, 31 Describing him as a “sexual predator” – He claimed the accusations damaged his reputation.
Marciano’s legal team claims through documents that Demi’s claims that she was “unwanted touching” by him while filming “Vanderpump Villa” in Italy in August 2024 are untrue. He insists any physical interaction between them was consensual.
“The facts are simple. Engelman and Marciano met while filming in Italy. They flirted. They talked privately. They kissed consensually. They separated,” the filing reads. “After filming ended, Engerman stayed in contact with Marciano for several months via phone calls, FaceTime, text messages, invitations, and even location sharing. This behavior confirmed an ongoing relationship and not an individual reacting to a sexual assault.”

describe Sexual Misconduct Allegations Marciano’s legal team accused the reality star of being “false” and further claimed that Demi’s claims had caused “serious” damage to Marciano’s reputation.
“They accused Marciano of committing sexual crimes that he did not commit. The content was widely published and repeatedly republished, and was designed to reinforce ‘truths’ in the minds of viewers,” the document continues. “The damage was immediate and severe, including lost career opportunities, harassment by strangers, and lasting damage to Marciano’s reputation.”
The lawsuit also accuses the production company of “amplifying the same allegations for profit.”

“Everyone handles this situation differently. You should never be touched unnecessarily,” the influencer said at the time. “No matter what it looks like, no matter what your relationship was like before or after, unwanted contact is unwanted contact.”
Following the incident, Maricano continued to insist that the allegations against him were untrue.
“It’s really unfortunate to see what’s going on now because everything[that happened at Vanderpump’s house]was consensual,” Maricano claimed on the Nov. 25 episode of the “Juicy Scoop” podcast. “I’ll say it straight out, her accusations against me are 100 percent false.”
He expressed similar sentiments days before the podcast appeared, via a statement calling the claims “completely false.” people November 20th.
“I want to be absolutely clear: I take this matter very seriously,” Marciano said in the statement. “This is the most difficult situation I have ever faced, and the allegations against me are not only completely false, but deeply damaging. I remain committed to addressing this issue fully and transparently.”
In response, a rep for Demi, 30, told and! information Nov. 21, “As a woman, it pains me that what happened to Demi is being minimized.”
