“Mad Men” (2007 – 2015)
get mad Men is one of the biggest successes HBO Max has had in a while. This is one of the few shows that can legitimately rank among the greatest television shows of all time. It’s one of AMC’s signature series of the decade and has some of the sharpest writing in the medium.
This period drama is set in the 1960s and focuses on the employees of the Sterling Cooper advertising agency. Jon Hamm His breakout role in life was that of Don Draper, a gifted storyteller who hid many secrets about his past. The supporting characters all have interesting backstories, including Peggy Olson (Elisabeth Moss), Pete Campbell (Vincent Kartheiser), Joan Holloway (christina hendricks) and Roger Sterling (John Slattery). Watching these characters play off each other is incredibly riveting, as is the way they created some of the most memorable ad campaigns of the decade.

“Bold Type” (2017 – 2021)
Bold type Freeform ended nearly five years ago after five seasons, and now it has a chance to reach a wider audience on HBO Max. It’s a very millennial-oriented show that focuses on three young women – Jane SloanKatie Stevens), Kate Edison (Elsa Dee) and Sutton Brady (Megan Fay) – they live in New York while working for one of the most prestigious fashion magazines in the world.
Throughout the show, the show explores the romantic entanglements each woman finds herself in. They weren’t always successful when it came to matters of the heart, but they also realized that they had grander ambitions that couldn’t be satisfied by a lifetime of working at magazines. The show truly comes to life as they start chasing their dreams, but that also means they take risks that could send them plummeting back to Earth.

HBO This is Florida, man. is a comedy anthology series based on true stories of Floridians and features Hollywood stars reenacting their incredible exploits.
The show’s second season recently premiered, and some of its cast members include Tiffany Haddish, Adam Devine, Haley Joel Osment, Johnny Knoxville, Swoosie Kurtz and Michael McDonald. Fair warning: some of these stories end in death and possible dismemberment. Remember, it’s not just humans living in Florida. Some native creatures have proven deadly to anyone foolish enough to approach them.
