Soon NFL stars Stefon Diggs A defamation lawsuit has been filed against a social media influencer who is fighting back.

Griffith claims that in 2023, Diggs “drugged and sexually assaulted” him after a charity basketball game. Griffith claimed that Diggs and others went to a club in Washington, D.C., that night and later went to Diggs’ home, where Diggs and others assaulted Diggs. In Griffith’s 2023 police report, he also claimed that Diggs unknowingly provided him with candy “laced with drugs.”
according to TMZ When Griffith left the club and returned to Diggs’ home, Diggs “exposed his penis to Mr. Griffith” and began masturbating, the report said. Griffith then allegedly told Diggs to “put his dick away” and when he walked to Diggs’ door, the NFL star tried to kiss him.
The influencer then reportedly hid in Diggs’ bathroom for 45 minutes and was threatened by Diggs’ family when he left the bathroom. A week later, Griffith was allegedly attacked outside his Los Angeles apartment and seriously injured.
On October 1, 2025, Diggs filed a defamation lawsuit against Griffith, challenging his version of events that night. According to Diggs, after the basketball game, he returned to his bedroom to finish the night while his assistant asked Griffith to leave the home.
It was at this time that the alleged attack occurred.
This summer, nearly two years after the alleged incident, Griffith took to social media to attack Diggs’ claims about what happened that night.

(Both of them have participated in Ugg activities).
The influencer said he was “disgusted” that the company hired Diggs to work on the campaign after he filed a police report about the May 2023 incident.
He also shared what he claimed was a copy of his police report in an August 2025 post, tagging the NFL and the Patriots in the post.
“You all let Aaron Hernandez 2.0 can act so recklessly with impunity? ” Griffith posted on his Instagram story, referring to the late tight end, who was convicted of first-degree murder in 2015 and then died by suicide in 2017 while incarcerated.
“I know you’re aware of it, and now that we’re aware of it, let’s act accordingly.”
In a statement obtained by multiple media outlets, Griffith’s attorney said: Jack Lebowitzdenied Diggs’ assertion that the incidents ever occurred.
“Mr. Griffith looks forward to telling the world in court that, regardless of the fairy tale spun by Mr. Diggs’ high-priced New York attorneys, he was the victim of Mr. Diggs’ unwanted sexual advances and a violent assault by his brother.”
