“I don’t even know what they call punishment,” he shared. “We were standing and I was in this water the whole time and I started shaking. I didn’t want DS to (see) that. I didn’t want them to see any sign of weakness because they would take advantage of that.”
According to Cody, he faked gasping to make it look like he had reached his limit.
“When we were just running ragged, (I was) out of breath, it was kind of fake,” he told us. “I figured if they thought I was really trying, they wouldn’t push me anymore, and I might need some energy later. So, I was sitting there doing push-ups, and I was like gasping for air.”
Cody added: “I know my physical limits will never be reached. I can give more physically.”
