The deadline for the Startup Battlefield 200 project continues until June 8


Developers, the battlefield is still open, but not for long.

After massive demand from founders around the world, TechCrunch has added 200 Basic Battle The last day of work is until June 8. What is Startup Battlefield 200?

Startup Battlefield 200 is where startups go from obscure to impossible to ignore. Selected startups will focus on TechCrunch Disrupt 2026, putting life in front of elite investors, popular media, and the global startup ecosystem. One founder will walk away with $100,000 in free money, but each company he chooses will get a feature that will change the way he’s changed.

Over 1,700 startups have participated in the Startup Battle over the years. Together, they have raised more than $32 billion and released 250 exits, including acquisitions by companies such as Microsoft, Google, Salesforce, Uber, and Amazon.

This is the same competition that helped launch companies like Dropbox, Discord, Mint, Fitbit, and Trello. More than 1,500 startups have competed in the Startup Battle, and many have gone on to become community-defining businesses.

Why startups are still running to sign up

Competition for 200 Basic Battle has become increasingly common as startups look for new ways to innovate in the fundraising environment. Expansion gives more startups a chance to get in, but expectations are higher than ever.

Who should apply?

TechCrunch is looking for bold startups with a working MVP and a vision that can disrupt the industry. Bootstrapped, pre-seed, and seed-stage startups are encouraged to apply. Select Series A startups in sectors with high capital may be eligible.
