The audio-generation software Huxe, founded by the former developers of NotebookLM, closes

Wowan app created by former NotebookLM developers that allows users to quickly upload and create a podcast or series about a topic, is shutting down. The announcement comes the next day Spotify released its podcast feature which work in the same way.

The company said it is removing the app from the App Store and Play Store, and if users already have the app, it will work for seven days. After that, the company will delete all user-related data. The startup did not specify the reason for the suspension.

“We have made the decision to terminate Huxe. The team is moving on to new products, and we will not continue to make products,” according to an email sent to customers.
