The moment a SpaceX rocket explodes in the Indian Ocean after splashing down

Elon Musk’s SpaceX has successfully launched its Starship V3 – the largest and most powerful rocket in history.

Friday’s test flight lasted about an hour and ended with the Starship crashing into the Indian Ocean and exploding as planned.

The launch was delayed by a day due to a hydraulic pin failure in the launch tower.

The test flight achieved most of its primary goals, but both stages of the rocket suffered engine failures.
