U.S. prosecutors seek death penalty for suspect in killing of Israeli embassy staff

Prosecutors said Lichinski and Milgrim were leaving when the suspect fired 20 shots, killing both men. Israel’s ambassador to the United States, Yechel Wright, previously said they were in a relationship and Lisinski bought an engagement ring and planned to propose to Milgrim during an upcoming trip to Israel.
