M23 and Rwanda accused of atrocities in Uvira

Human Rights Watch (HRW) said investigators found evidence of the executions of 53 civilians, including 46 men, one woman and six children. After rebels, widely believed to be backed by Rwanda, overran the city in December, they executed the city’s community in house-to-house raids.
