Chris LeeRandy’s character makes a big move Justin Hartley‘s popular series tracker After multiple cast exits.
On the Sunday, November 16, episode of the CBS series, Randy (Lee) tells Renee (Fiona Rene)he is Staying in Denver for the foreseeable future.
“Good news, my short-term rental turned into a long-term rental,” he shared. “I kind of like it — a little bit.”
Renee is excited that Randy is staying. She noted that Colorado is generally a place for people who like to “open their doors” after Randy expressed his excitement at a comic book store near his new home.
“I bought a new pair of hiking boots,” he added. “I am ready.”
Randy’s move comes In shocking cast reshuffleleaving Lee, 31, and Rene, 37, as the only cast members remaining on the show alongside Hartley, 48. Viewers watch week after week as survivalist Colt (Hartley) travels the country helping solve various missing persons cases.

The band’s lineup has grown since their debut in February 2024, with dog trainer Teddi (Robin Weigert) and Velma (Abby McEnany), Hacker Bobby (bobby grace) and attorney Renee. Weigert exited the show before the second season began, while Grace was noticeably absent for six episodes. Before Bobby returns, his cousin Randy is brought in to help Colt, causing a backlash from viewers Get used to seeing Grace on their screens.
“Randy came in and brought something different to the show as well. When he came in, it was really warm and funny. I thought we were missing something in some episodes as well. He was immediately fun as soon as he came in,” Reed exclusively said. US Weekly in May. “Having those dynamics — and playing with the team dynamic — is something we’ll continue to play into in season three as the show grows.”
He continued: “We’re bringing back some of the characters from seasons one and two — we’re going to see more and more of them. I think it’s fun to see some interesting characters in Colt’s world[each season].”
At the time, Reid weighed in on Bobby Disappeared for a few episodes.
“Availability of actors is always an issue. There are shows where people don’t even notice (if a character is missing),” he told us usexplain how tracker Doesn’t work like most shows with an ensemble cast. “You won’t see Reenie (always). He’ll talk to Velma for two seconds. He might have a phone call with Bobby. The reason this show works is because you’re on Justin (Hartley’s) shoulders. One of the challenges of season three is reconfiguring the team and figuring out what that team looks like.”
Before returning for season three, Reed elaborated on the plan For the future.
“Renee takes a lot of the blame (from the Season 2 case) and she brings Randy in there to solve it. You see them in the office. It creates a great bond between the two. And then we’re going to bring in another character as she tries to expand her law firm a little bit. That’s going to be fun,” he shared in October. “It’s just about building these storylines. The challenge we set for ourselves this season is to build these people’s worlds a little bit.”
Reed concluded: “It’s about lightening up the show because sometimes Colt does some very dark and heavy things. It’s a matter of life and death.”
