Jade’s post comes months after Joseph, 31, was arrested on charges of molesting a now 14-year-old victim when she was 9 years old while the family was on vacation in Florida. Joseph was charged with lewd and lascivious conduct involving a victim under the age of 12 and lewd and lascivious conduct with a person 18 years of age or older, according to a news release from the Bay County Sheriff’s Office.

“The defendant shall have the right to the testimony of witnesses, including records and evidence in the possession of the witnesses, in order to fairly determine the guilt or innocence of the defendant at trial,” his legal brief reads.
