Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval sell home three years after split

Ariana Maddix and Tom Sandoval Three years after their dramatic split, they have officially sold their Los Angeles home.

“(Ariana) is in the house. It’s a big house. We have a middleman. We text when we come and go,” he continued. “The house isn’t listed yet, no. (Ariana) is really busy right now and she’s obviously having a blast. I’m really happy to see that. I’ve also been busy getting things in order.”

In January, Us Weekly confirmed that Maddix and Sandoval had reached a settlement in their legal dispute over the sale of their shared home.

The former couple reached an agreement on January 13, when PEI Host filed a settlement notice for the entire case in Los Angeles Superior Court. According to the documents, dismissal of the case is “conditional” and requires “satisfactory completion of specified terms” within 30 days of the date of settlement.
