Some passengers have been evacuated from the MV Hondius cruise ship near Cape Verde.
The MV Hondius sailed from Argentina on April 1 with an outbreak of rodent-borne hantavirus on board.
Three passengers on board died and several others were sick or showing symptoms.
Following the evacuation, the cruise ship is expected to depart Cape Verde for the Canary Islands.
