Kirsten Storms‘ Police are reportedly investigating claims her phone was hacked.

“I can confirm that the investigation related to her case is ongoing,” a representative from the Franklin, Tennessee, Police Department told the outlet.
The 42-year-old actress brought up the phone hacking incident through an Instagram post she shared on April 9.

TMZ It was previously reported that Barash, 46, filed for an emergency restraining order after claiming Storms exhibited concerning behavior. He claimed he was worried about them Harper Ross’ 12-year-old daughter Welfare. Barash was married to Storms from 2013 to 2016.

Barash claimed in his filing that several issues made him “significantly concerned about (Kirsten’s) ability to adequately care for her minor children.” He also claimed the storm had “repeated instances of crashing, being triggered, hearing things/sounds that weren’t there.”
In his request, Barash asked the court to order Storms to undergo a mental health evaluation. For now, Storms has supervised visitation with their daughter. A judge plans to review the status of the restraining order.

“I had surgery that weekend and they put a camera through my leg and into my brain,” she explained, recalling how her doctor discovered an aneurysm on the right side of her brain. “Obviously, the aneurysm could be caused by pressure. Brain cyst? I believe that’s possible too.”
Storms continued, “It was clear that I needed to change some things in my life as soon as possible. For my own personal reasons, it was very important to me to no longer live in Los Angeles. The biggest reason for moving was Harper, but a lot of it was for my physical and mental health, and my overall happiness.”
