Video appears to show suspect shooting at agents at Washington press dinner

CCTV footage shows a suspect at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner appearing to shoot at US Secret Service agents.

Jeanine Pirro, the U.S. attorney in Washington, D.C., said the video was released to the public to prove “there is no evidence that the shooting was the result of friendly fire.”

“This was not friendly fire,” President Donald Trump said earlier Thursday in response to a reporter’s question, adding “it was not us.”
