Mexico says U.S. agent killed in crash was not allowed to fly missions there

The accident occurred on April 19 when a convoy veered off the road and fell into a canyon after completing an operation targeting a suspected methamphetamine lab in a remote mountainous area. Two members of the Chihuahua state Bureau of Investigation were also killed, officials said.
