Janet and Paris Jackson skip Michael’s film premiere in Los Angeles

Not my monkey, not my circus. God bless, God speed.”

In other Story posts, she added, “So I’m just quitting and leaving it alone because it’s not my project. They’re going to do whatever they want. A big reason why I haven’t said anything so far is because I know a lot of you would be happy with it.”

She went on to describe the film as “sugar-coated,” writing, “A large part of this movie caters to a very specific segment of my dad’s fans who still live in the fantasy that they would be happy with it. … The narrative is controlled, there are a lot of inaccuracies, there are a lot of outright lies. At the end of the day, it just wasn’t for me. Go enjoy it. Do whatever. Keep me away from it.”

Meanwhile, Janet has yet to comment publicly on the project, and type It was reported earlier this month that she was not a character in the movie.
