Democratic Republic of Congo receives first group of deportees from U.S.

After the Congolese government and the Rwandan-backed M23 rebels concluded a new round of talks, both sides that have been fighting in eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo said they would allow humanitarian aid in, protect civilians and their infrastructure and begin monitoring a permanent ceasefire.
