She thinks she can get away with it by asking the impossibly cool Celeste (Chloe East) becomes her dorm roommate and wants to be her best friend. But Devon’s road to popularity is fraught with twists and turns, and she must come to terms with the fact that Celeste may be her enemy rather than her friend.

roommate is a refreshing coming-of-age comedy that depicts college life today—raucous, scary, and full of opportunities to embarrass yourself. The film is bolstered by a stellar supporting cast that includes Natasha Lyonne, Nick Kroll, Strom Reed certainly, Sadie’s famous father, Adam Sandler.

“Arizona” (2018)
Single mom real estate agent Cassie’s (rosemary dewittA bad day gets even worse when her asshole boss is suddenly killed by Sonny (Danny McBride). He holds her hostage to prevent her from turning him in, but when Sonny’s annoying wife shows up, he kills her too. With no other options, Sonny decides to kidnap Cassie’s teenage daughter Morgan (Lori Sorenson), to keep her quiet – or Morgan will join a rapidly growing graveyard in Sonny’s backyard.
Arizona is an unusual black comedy thriller – with an emphasis on the dark parts. The film is filled with shocking violence, but somehow McBride’s unhinged Sonny makes you laugh at all the carnage. Set against the backdrop of the 2009 housing crisis, the film is a vague metaphor for lower-middle-class anger at a system that has failed them, but it works better as a nasty little satire about an all-too-vulnerable masculinity.
