Lisa and Lenny Hochstein’s Messy Divorce: What to Know

Lenny claims Lisa pushed and yelled at him

Lenny filed new documents in May 2023, claiming Lisa became angry when he walked into their former bedroom.

“Upon entering the master bedroom, (Lisa) surprised (Lenny) by suddenly running out of her bathroom and closet combination and engaging in a verbal tirade demanding to know why (Lenny) had entered the master bedroom,” the documents state. Page six. “(Lisa) began pushing (Lenny) with her body, causing him to back away, and (Lisa) continued to follow (Lenny) while yelling at him.”

A representative from the Miami Beach Police Department confirmed to the media at the time that an incident occurred at their residence.

Days later, Lisa claimed in court documents Page six Lenny had “abused” her in the past and she feared for the “safety” of her children. The housewife noted in the documents that she did not allow the children to spend the night with Lenny because of “deep concerns” involving his girlfriend Mazeppa.

“(Lisa) was concerned that contact with (Mazeppa) would not be in the best interests of the children,” her attorneys said in court documents. “But the important thing is that (Lenny) didn’t really have the time or inclination to spend the night with the kids.”

Lisa also refuted her estranged spouse’s claims that she spent “very little time” with Logan and Ally. She claimed in the filing that Lenny was the one who was “in and out” of their lives and chose not to “spend any substantial time” with the children.

Lenny has yet to respond to Lisa’s counterclaim.
