Ben Affleck Has handed over part of his interest in a Beverly Hills property he previously purchased with his ex-wife jennifer lopez to the pop star herself.
Affleck, 53, and Lopez, 56, have modified their post-divorce property division agreement, according to obtained court documents. US Weekly. (TMZ The first to report the news. )
“The parties shall be responsible for any taxes arising from the transaction/transfer,” the document states. “The parties agree that the transaction/transfer shall constitute a transfer of property between the spouses for federal income tax purposes upon divorce.”
Affleck and Lopez purchased the home in June 2023 for $60 million. US Weekly It was confirmed the following year that the pair had put the house on the market during their divorce. “They recently decided to put the house up for sale,” a source said Exclusive story US Weekly July 2023. “They thought they could sell it off-site, but in order to draw more attention to the property, they made the decision at game time. They were anxious to sell it. Ben particularly wanted to sell the house. He was never happy there.”
Nearly nine months later, Affleck and Lopez have been unable to agree on a listing price for the home.

As for Affleck, a second source claims he’s eager to sell the property.
“Ben wanted to get out of it because their divorce was over and he wanted to cut off all contact and be done with it,” a second insider told us. “He just wanted to get it over with and sell. He wanted to lower the price.”
