Peteof Patrick Power is sharing the important ways the show changed his life.

“I don’t think I told anyone this story, but I went into these seminars where they would bring me into BlackRock, Blackstone, and Goldman Sachs, and they would teach these young managers how to have hard conversations, like how to fire someone,” he said. “They would have me come in as an actor so these managers could practice firing someone. So I guarantee you, I’ve been fired more times than anyone you’ve ever seen. I’ve been fired thousands of times.”
