DAX Smart Repositioning at XETR Trend Cap: DAX By: mohamad-alhelwani — TradingView

🔱 The market has partially exited the descending channel…but don’t be fooled by the trend, this is not a complete reversal, but a well-designed repositioning at the upper limit of the major trend.
The decline temporarily ended at 22,000 points to 21,800 points. This area was not a normal support level, but an obvious liquidity intervention, which prevented the collapse and began a gradual rebound.

Price is now concentrated around 23,100 – 23,400, an area that represents the true market pivot as it lies directly below the important supply area of 23,500 – 23,900, which represents the dividing line between a “rebound from a decline” and the “beginning of an actual reversal”.

What happens now is a delicate balance:

The lows are starting to rise – a partial recovery sign
But price remains below key resistance levels – not yet broken

This means we are facing a compression phase of retesting broken structures.

Professional forecasts do not go directly to the upside, but assume that the market may eventually withdraw liquidity towards 22,800-22,400 points, and perhaps further test 22,000 points. This trend is not a weakness, but a reloading of positions before starting. From there, if significant rejection occurs, the real upward trajectory begins.

As for the immediate bullish scenario, only a clear breakout and stabilization above 23,900 will move the market from rebalancing to price expansion, targeting 24,600 – 24,900 – 25,600, reaching the main supply area of 26,400.

On the other hand, a stable breakout of 22,000 would completely cancel this structure and return the market to an extended downward trend.

No random purchases here… the market is not active yet.
Purchases can only be made through one of two ways:

Liquidity area: 22,800 – 22,400 with clear rejection
Breakthrough confirmed: Stabilize above 23,900 points and try again

Any entry between 23,000 – 23,800 is an entry under pressure…no advantage.

The market is not going up right now… it’s readjusting itself.
The decision has not yet been announced, but it is being made in front of you.

You either continue after the break…or you burn out before the break.
