Olivia was able to keep her company, Sunshine Media, and all investments and bank accounts in her name, plus a 2016 Subaru Outback, which was not subject to a money appraisal as part of the divorce settlement.

As part of the filing, Ethan lists his primary employer as Welcome to Plathville TLC network and estimates his monthly income to be around $2,500. Olivia runs her own company, Sunshine Media, and also works as a “Group Travel Host in Virginia,” where her income varies each month.

Each party agrees to repay any debts incurred in their own names and will hold the ex-spouse “harmless” from any same debts.

As part of the settlement, Olivia will keep her married name “Plath” instead of reverting to her maiden name “Megs.”
