Amy Duggar King is speculating on what she thinks of her uncle Jim Bob Dagg would react to the news about his son. Joseph Dugger was arrested.

Amy speculates that Jim Bob may have encouraged family United in scandal.
She thought Jim Bob would say something like, “Well, I’m sorry that we as a family are going through this again. The most important thing is that we stick together, we show family loyalty, and we love each other no matter what. Now, we need to be closer than ever. That includes our social media.”
Amy Duggar King was thrilled to learn that her cousin, Joseph Duggar’s wife, Kendra Duggar, was also arrested. “I don’t know what’s going on, our local news is saying there are more arrests,” a tearful Amy, 39, said in a video she shared on Friday, March 20 (…)
Amy added that she thought Jim Bob would encourage his children to continue “posting about your life, posting about recipes, posting about your kids, posting about anything,” but she thought he would tell them “not to mention Joseph.”
Continuing her impression of Jim Bob, Amy said she thought her uncle would instruct the family to pass any interview requests to his team and “not add anything extra.”
Joseph was the seventh jim bob and Michelle Dugger’s 19 children. The two also shared Josh, Jana, John David, Jill, Jessa, Ginger, Josiah, Joy-Anna, Jedidiah, Jeremiah, Jason, James, Justin, Jackson, Johanna, Jennifer, Jordyn Grace and Josie. Jim Bob and Michelle Michelle’s eldest son, Josh, was sentenced to 12 years in prison in May 2022 for possession of child pornography.
Joseph was arrested last week Alleged lewd and lascivious conduct involving indecent assault on a victim under 12 years of age and lewd and lascivious conduct on a person 18 years of age or older. In 2020, a 14-year-old girl came forward to accuse Joseph of molesting her while on vacation in Panama City Beach, Florida, when she was 9 years old.
US Weekly A few days later it was confirmed that Joseph’s wife, Kendra Duggar, Arrested on March 20. She was released that day on $1,470 bail.
Joseph and Kendra, 27, also face charges of endangering the welfare of a minor and four counts of second-degree unlawful imprisonment.
A spokesperson for the Duggar family told us In a statement, “(Kendra’s) is a misdemeanor charge and is completely unrelated to the case in Florida.”
Amy initially prayed for Joseph’s wife, Kendra, after her cousin was arrested.
Amy originally said in a statement on March 19: “Recognizing that we don’t know the full story yet, I am also praying for Joseph’s wife, Kendra, as she begins to process this and protect their children. I pray that people’s eyes will be opened, and most importantly, I pray that justice will be served to the fullest extent possible.”
However, she retracted her statement At one point Kendra was also arrested.
“I think it was a plot twist that no one saw coming,” Amy told TMZ March 21st. “When I made the (first) statement … it was just the information I was given at the time and believed to be true. Now that the information has changed and more information has come out, there are a lot of question marks now.”
