A news release from the Tontitown Police Department on Friday, March 20 stated that Kendra, 27, and her husband, Joseph Duggerfaces four counts of second-degree endangering the welfare of a minor and four counts of second-degree unlawful imprisonment.

Kendra’s arrest comes two days after her husband, Joseph, was charged with molesting a 9-year-old girl in 2020 and was detained.

Joseph faces two charges, according to the Bay County Sheriff’s Office. The first type, lewd and lewd conduct, involves molesting a victim under the age of 12. The second category is lewd and lascivious conduct by a person 18 years of age or older.
Joseph was accused by a 14-year-old girl of allegedly sexually abusing her during a family vacation to Panama City Beach in 2020. The alleged victim said he was 9 years old at the time of the attack.
“The victim reported that Dugger asked her to sit on his lap multiple times,” Bay County police said.
