Nvidia’s version of OpenClaw can solve its biggest problem: security

Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang thinks every company should have OpenClaw way. And Nvidia is here to deliver.

Nvidia has developed NemoClaw, a business platform that was created from the viral, independent AI, Huang. he announced at its main GTC event on Monday.

The open source is OpenClaw with proprietary security and privacy policies in place. The idea is to turn OpenClaw into a secure platform that businesses can use with a single command to control how agents interact with and use data, according to the company.

“For CEOs, the question is, what is your OpenClaw strategy?” Huang said on stage. “We need it. We all have a Linux solution. We all had to have an HTTP HTML solution, which started the Internet. We all needed to have a Kubernetes solution, which made the mobile cloud possible. Every company in the world today needs to have an OpenClaw solution, an agent solution.”

Nvidia worked with OpenClaw developer Peter Steinberger to develop NemoClaw, Jensen said.

When released, NemoClaw users will be able to use the camera or open source AI model, including Nvidia’s open source version of NemoTron to build and deploy AI agents. The platform allows users to access cloud models on their local devices. The platform is hardware agnostic — it doesn’t need to run on Nvidia’s own GPUs — and integrates with NeMo, Nvidia’s AI agent software.

Currently, Nvidia describes NemoClaw as an early Alpha program. “Expect difficult areas. We’re planning to call for production-ready sandboxes, but the first step is setting up your environment and walking,” the company says on his website in a statement to the developers.

Building AI platforms to support businesses has become the soup du jour of the AI space in recent months.

OpenAI was launched OpenAI FrontierIts open platform for businesses to build and manage AI assistants in February. In December, the global research company Gartner he issued a report about how governance platforms for AI agents can be the foundation needed for businesses to adopt AI capabilities. Nvidia got the message right.

“OpenClaw gave us, it gave the industry what they needed at that time,” Huang said. “Just like Linux gave the industry what they needed at that time, just like Kubernetes appeared at its time, just like HTML appeared. It made all the companies seize the opportunity and go and do something.”
