“(The boat itself) is obviously the main thing. You also have more time on the (Australia) because when you take away the nautical element, you have more time to prepare dinner. The boat is bigger and physically higher, so there are a lot of stairs involved,” Daisy told exclusively US Weekly. “It’s a long way from the kitchen to the sundeck where we eat most of our meals. It’s definitely a physical challenge.”

“I was nervous. It reminded me of how I felt when I first started Below Deck in 2020. I feel very comfortable on Sailing. I know the boat and most of the crew,” she told us. “Coming to Australia with a brand new boat, a new captain and a brand new crew – I only know Jason. There’s definitely a lot of nerves. It’s a good feeling, though.”
Daisy found this to be “a positive pressure” for her. “I wasn’t connected to anyone. When I started my journey on Below Deck, I wasn’t connected to anyone in the Below Deck universe. It’s important to own your own experience,” she noted. “While I’m sure they can give me really valuable advice, that advice might get into my head. I might try to be something I’m not, or try to deal with something that I wouldn’t deal with the way I would.”

Daisy told us she Do not rule out returning for more Seasons to come. Currently, Daisy is focusing on her off-screen ventures – including her ‘Yacht Mess’ podcast with former cast members below deck guest Mark McNamara.
“It’s really fun and light-hearted. We had a lot of fun. We hope people have a lot of fun listening to it. It’s not too heavy, just to keep with Below Deck,” she shared. “Currently, we’re organizing the first guests we’re going to have. It’s been such a great time. It’s great to have a project that I’m very passionate about. With Below Deck, I’m excited to be here and hopefully do that next season. But it’s nice to have another project and develop something outside of it on my terms.”
She continued: “It’s a great way for viewers and viewers to see a different side of me. Because on Below Deck, I’m the chief stew. It’s a space where I can be completely lawless and funny and defenseless. It’s really exciting.”
