A Florida teen is in hot water after he allegedly attacked his mother with a juicy pork chop. US Weekly Confirmed.
Online arrest records corroborate the charges against him Falaknan.
The 18-year-old was arrested Thursday, January 22, by the Martin County Sheriff’s Office. According to the arrest affidavit, Farrah’s mother, Cynthia Kernanwho called 911 for help, later told police her daughter had been drinking during the day. Cynthia claims this ultimately led to a verbal disagreement between mother and daughter.
“Cynthia stated that during the argument, Farrah struck her in the face with his right hand,” the affidavit states. “Cynthia stated she had video of the incident.” Police reviewed video taken by one of Cynthia’s friends, which showed the teen hitting her mother and Cynthia taking a step back.
Cynthia told police that “Farrah also threw a pork chop at her before the video was recorded, but this was not captured on the video.”

In the affidavit, the responding officer actually wrote that they “observed food debris on Cynthia’s left shoulder, consistent with her statements.”
Police spoke with Farah and “Farah appeared confused and provided statements that were inconsistent with the evidence and unrelated to the battery,” the affidavit states. “Farah later became emotionally disturbed, began screaming and crying and continued to be uncooperative.”
Farah was arrested on one count of domestic battery. She is being held on $2,500 bond.
US Weekly A call was made to Farah’s phone number, which was provided in the affidavit, but a response had not been received as of press time.
It’s unclear whether she has retained a defense attorney, and records show she has not yet been asked to enter a plea to the charges against her.
US Weekly Calls to the Sheriff’s Office were made to see if they had responded to previous calls from the home, but no response was received.
The affidavit does not mention whether Cynthia suffered any type of injury during the attack.
Under Florida law, domestic battery is defined as the intentional and nonconsensual touching or hitting of another person when that person is a “family or household member,” which can include “a wife and her husband; a former wife and a former husband; individuals related by blood or marriage; individuals who live together as a family; individuals who have lived together as a family in the past; and persons who have children in common (whether or not there was a prior marriage).”
If a jury finds Farah guilty of a first-degree misdemeanor, she could be sentenced to up to a year in prison. She could also face a $1,000 fine under online laws and regulations.

The judge could also require her to complete a 26-week batterer’s intervention program and place her on probation for 12 months upon her release.
In addition, she may receive community service time and lose important civil liberties, including the right to conceal carry. Her conviction could also result in a restraining order or “no contact” order being imposed to protect her mother.
