influencer Nicole Faith announce her The infant daughter passed away during stillbirth.
“Our sweet sunshine girl has passed away,” Faith, 29, wrote via the website Instagram Wednesday, January 21st. “I wish I could soften these words and make them easier to swallow, but I can’t calm this heartache. On January 1st, 8 months pregnant, we entered the hospital, and on January 3rd, I placed our daughter into the arms of Jesus.”
She continued, “Our pain is boundless and we long for our sunny girl. I long to see her arms reaching out to me and hear her cries in the night. I carry the weight of a childless postpartum life and there is only silence in the room prepared for her. We don’t understand why this happened, medically or spiritually, and we may never, but we feel God’s presence in the details as we wrestle with the many ‘whys.’ Tragedy.”
Alongside the message, Faith also shared a series of photos of herself and her husband Tyler Simank Holding their daughter in the hospital. Another image showed a card with their daughter’s footprints and handprints and the words “In Memory of Me.”
“When God gave us Sunny, we knew she was a miracle. She was life. She was our legacy. She was God’s promise. And somehow, even now, in some way that I can’t yet understand, she still is,” Faith wrote. “We would do anything to hold her again, do anything to have her back, do anything to see her in a little onesie and live this life with her. But it seemed like the only place worthy of Sonny was heaven.”
Faith continued, “Thank you to our people who prayed for us in the hospital for three days, who stayed outside our door all night, who filled our refrigerators and pantries, who brought us meals, and to everyone who called out the name of sunshine in their prayers. We have so much more to say, but right now, we miss you so much, the sunshine girl.”
Belief, who accumulated it? Over 26,000 Instagram followersannounced in October 2025 that she and Symmank were expecting their first child.
“Humbled, grateful, honored. Baby girl due spring 2026 🥹🎀,” she wrote in a joint statement Instagram The post at the time shared several photos of the couple smiling while holding up a sonogram.
A year before announcing her pregnancy, Simank proposed to Faith on one knee on a beach in Florida. “We are engaged!! 🥹💍🥂🍾,” the pair wrote in a joint letter Instagram Released in 2024.
Symmank and Faith got married in the same year and teased each other Instagram Posted, “And then there’s us 🤍.”
A few months later, Faith reflected on the end of her year.
“This year has been so wonderful it has brought me to my knees with physical pain that has brought me in and out of dark places,” she said via Instagram 2025. “There is so much good in my life because of God, and there are times when I am negative, I doubt, I question, I feel guilty for not trusting His plan.”
She continued, “I haven’t been able to share much because I’m usually better at sharing after the fact, when I’m going through something difficult, rather than during a storm. But looking at everyone’s social media and seeing people moving and living in their bodies makes me feel invisible, and I know I’m not the only one comparing their lives.”
Faith noted in the message that she was “here to say that things can be confusing and difficult right now.”
“You may see the world moving on and life moving on. You may feel forgotten. You may not see hope for the year ahead. You may even feel guilty for feeling depressed, even if you have everything you need,” she wrote. “God covers it all. When you can’t move, He will move for you. If He asks you to move, He will give you strength. When the pain is too great, you can give it to Him. When you are confused, you can ask Him for the truth. In our own way, it is hard to understand anything. But in His way, relief, peace, and comfort can be found.”
She concluded: “It’s a new year and he’s doing a new thing. We can rest in peace.”
