XBrew Lab released its nitro brew machine, the EverNitro, at CES this week, giving nitro coffee lovers an accessible way to enjoy the drink — without the mess and expense of traditional cartridge machines.

If you’re not familiar with nitro coffee, it’s cold brew coffee made with nitrogen gas. This creates tiny particles, resulting in a silky, naturally sweet flavor – similar to drinking Guinness. Many people also find that nitro coffee is very bitter.

EverNitro is positioning itself against competitors like NitroBrew as the most affordable long-term solution. “We offer a type of commercial faucet with the feet of a coffee maker. While others sell you gas, we give you the technology to harvest for free,” said founder and CEO Terry Tan.

The company claims that EverNitro provides 95% nitrogen purity and demonstrates its ability to produce nitrogen from ambient air. By eliminating the need for single-use cartridges, this device provides an affordable, environmentally friendly option for home use.
